Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Determica. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Determica.
Using Determica
You may use Determica only if you can legally agree to these terms. Determica is under active development and currently available without charge. Features, limits, and availability may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use Determica to break the law, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt or overload the service, probe or bypass security, or access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notebooks and other content you save. You allow us to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate Determica. You must have the rights needed to submit the content you save.
Wallets and onchain activity
Determica can prepare simulations, signatures, messages, and transactions for approval through a wallet you control. Review every request before approving it. You decide whether to sign or submit a transaction and are responsible for network fees.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Determica cannot cancel them or recover assets. Simulations, data, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are provided for information and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify important results independently.
Software and third parties
Determica's own software is proprietary. You may run it through the hosted service under these terms. These terms do not grant permission to extract, reuse, modify, or redistribute it except where applicable law permits. Standalone use and distribution require a separate written enterprise agreement.
Determica uses third-party open-source software, including DuckDB, Apache Arrow, and evmone. Those components are governed by their own licenses, not these terms. These terms do not restrict rights granted by an open-source license. See the third-party notices.
Wallets, blockchains, RPC services, and other third-party systems may have their own terms and may become unavailable. We do not control those systems.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Determica is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Back up anything important and use the service at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, opportunities, or digital assets arising from your use of Determica. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and suspension
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Determica, the law, or security requirements. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not agree, stop using Determica before the revised terms apply.
We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account breaches these terms, threatens the service or its users, or must be restricted by law. You may stop using Determica at any time.
