Privacy notice

Information we process

• Visits. Cloudflare receives request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
• Analytics. PostHog receives page paths, referring origin, browser and device details, performance measurements, and basic interaction events from public pages. It runs without cookies or persistent browser identifiers and is not linked to your account. We do not use session replay or advertising trackers.
• Accounts and notebooks. If you create an account, we store your email address, username, password hash, session and security information, and the notebooks you choose to save.
• Browser storage. When you use account or wallet features, your browser stores session and connection state needed for those features. We do not use this storage for advertising.
• Messages. We process the information you include when you contact us by email.

How we use information

We use this information to provide Determica, maintain accounts and saved notebooks, protect and debug the service, understand basic usage, and answer messages.

We process account and notebook information to perform our agreement with you. We rely on our legitimate interests to deliver, secure, and maintain Determica and to measure basic use of public pages. We also process information when needed to meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for delivery and security, PostHog for cookieless analytics, and infrastructure and database providers needed to run Determica. Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use legal safeguards for these transfers.

Retention

We keep account and saved notebook data while your account remains open. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep part of it. Analytics, security logs, and emails are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and under provider retention settings.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
